No matter your fitness level, if you are ready to work hard, I can help you reach your personal best and unleash your inner athlete.

My approach is balanced and customized specifically to each individual.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach, nor is there an “easy” way, at least not one that will last.  I want my clients to learn a lifestyle that will get them to their goal and allow them to maintain it.

I offer personal training and TRX classes at Dayton Strength and Conditioning in Beavercreek, OH. Classes are bright and early M/W/F at 0600, and T/TH at 11:15. Click Here for location and more information about DSC.
